Dedicated to America's Favorite Pickup. 1959 - 1987
Just wanted to drop a line to all who participated in the ECCB’s Cruisin’ to the Harbor event this weekend. It was a great time meeting & talking to all as well as enjoying a perfect day with awesome music. We have signed on an additional 4 members to the club and is going to open a chapter in Ventura County next month. I can’t wait to see everyone at the 50th Anniversary Celebration at the Auto Club Famoso Raceway, Oct 31- Nov 1, 2009. RRL

Forever Vinyl band will be performing at the ECCB's Cruisin' to the Harbor show, April 25, 2009, from 1PM until 2:30PM on the gazebo at the main Lawn area.
The El Caminos Club of Bakersfield was established to provide support, service, and fellowship to a growing number of car enthusiasts. Too many are turned away from car clubs because of the lack of benefits that the club can offer an individual. We, at ECCB, intend to supply bonified benefits to our membership base. We will promote the development of friendship, as well as offer hands-on participation of projects. Plus, we enjoy the unique position of being the only club in Kern County dedicated primarily to the Chevy El Camino. Silver level and higher, will be able to purchase parts, wheels & tires, meals, etc from our sponsoring & affiliate businesses.
We meet on the 1st Saturday of each month at Cataldos Pizzeria on Roberts Ln off of Airport Dr, The meetings are from 1:00PM to 3:00PM in the Main room.
It is not necessary to be a paying member in order to attend any of our meetings, nor is necessary to own an El Camino. However, we do focus on the preservation, restoration, and modification of 1959 - 1987 Chevy El Caminos, and their unique qualities.
