It's a Celebration

Danny Mann, as the Reverend, took the stage in the evening with La Grange the Tribute to ZZ Top band and gave a tremendous performance.
The El Caminos Club will host the 2011 National 50th Anniversary Celebration Car Show on Saturday, May 14th at the historic Fox Theatre.
H St will be closed from 19th to 21st St to accommodate an all-El Camino auto show that will run from 10am to 2pm, and a 6PM evening concert in the Fox Theatre featuring LA Grange the Tribute to ZZ Top band. It is our goal to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Chevy El Camino in Kern County and support the downtown businesses.
The auto show is exclusive to all year, make & models of Chevy El Camino / GMC Sprint Caballeros, and spectators is free. Plus, we will feature 26 El Caminos, representing twenty six years of production and are expecting several hundred vehicles from around the state. This event is “People’s Choice” driven in which the public judges the vehicles as well are the participants themselves. $50.00 per vehicle registration fee will get you into the show and the forms are available here. The proceeds will benefit the ECCB Annual Cruise 4 the Needy as well as other charities that the club participates in.
